Ingredients
- Russian Vodka* 60 mL (2 oz)
- Ginger Ale** 120 mL (4 oz)
- Ice Spear 1 Length (9")
- Cherries 2 Count
- Lemon Peel Curl Garnish
*During the season, some may opt to exclude the vodka, leaving a refreshing, alcohol-free beverage.
**Ginger ale must be cold enough before mixing. No substitutions allowed.
Instructions

Pour 60 mL (2 oz) of a Russian vodka into a tall and thick Collins glass with a single ice spear.

Slowly add 120 mL (4 oz) of a generic brand of ginger ale while gently stirring.

Garnish with two cherries and a curl of lemon peel. Best served ice cold in the steamy sunshine; pairs flawlessly with a tuna melt.
